Mobile Maintenance Service Electrician

Location – Hampshire / M3 Corridor / South East Region

Hours – 40 hours per week 

We are currently seeking an experienced electrician who can work within well-known commercial environments, carrying out all areas of electrical installation, compliance, maintenance, and remedial tasks. Fire alarm service and maintenance works are required for this position. This is a full time and permanent opportunity, working on a mobile basis on sites across the region. Fire alarm training is provided within our onsite training centre to the successful candidate. 

As a qualified Service Electrician, you will:

  • Prioritise workload received to ensure that works are completed within allotted time limits. 

  • To undertake electrical works as instructed (including portable appliance testing, electrical installation testing, lighting, fire alarm, nurse call and emergency lighting maintenance, reactive and remedial works).

  • To ensure the works are undertaken efficiently, in line with customer SLAs, effecting a first time fix wherever possible.

  • To submit a quotation, or request for materials as per customer procedure, for any jobs where further remedial works are required.

  • To ensure that any site logbooks are updated following visit, so that site compliance records are kept up-to-date.

  • Plus any other duties the role requires.

The Electrician will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position.

Mobile HVAC Engineer

Location – Covering North West Region

Hours – 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

We are currently seeking a professional Mobile HVAC Engineer. You will attend planned and reactive jobs across a variety of client sites across the region.

As the HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for: 

  • Working independently as well as a team to undertake the Planned and reactive maintenance services on our client’s premises, to ensure compliance with the specification, PPM, Schedules and Procedures, complete paperwork records and provide quotations for outstanding actions. 

  • Respond to call-out requests to ensure clients’ systems are not prejudiced and to maintain the continuity of operation as far as practical circumstance will allow. To report, quote and act upon failures and faults.

  •  To be fully compliant with the Health and Safety Protocol. 

  • Achieve a prompt effective response to emergency situations being capable to diagnose faults and initiating action to prevent deterioration in environmental conditions within the premises 

  • Conduct the operation of the contract in a pro-active manner so as to minimise difficulties with the building environmental systems. 

  • Liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers with other disciplines to ensure the efficient operation of the plant / area without disruption to the client

Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer

Location – Bristol, BS1, Covering the South West

We are currently seeking a professional Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer. You will attend planned and reactive commercial gas and plumbing jobs across a variety of client sites across the region.

As a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer, you will: 

  • Attend customer sites and effectively carry out gas and plumbing works as required.  This will include reactive, planned maintenance, quoted works and installations.

  • Accurately use all company and client IT systems – ensuring accurate & relevant information is recorded.

  • Undertake works as instructed by the Service Desk.

  • To be included within the company call out rota system. 

The Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. Qualifications: Current qualifications in Commercial and Domestic Gas:

CENWAT

CIGA1
CORT1
TPCP1A

Experience:
Excellent Gas and Plumbing experience.
Other qualifications (OFTEC, IPAF, PASMA, Unvented) are a plus.
Strong reactive repair and diagnosis skills across a variety of gas and plumbing installation types.
Valid UK Driving Licence

Desirable:
Experience in working at corporate / Commercial locations.
